Monitored Orders
Whether a residential one-time move, or a High Priority National Account, EXCEL assigns a trained service coordinator that monitors each move from beginning to end. Coordinators are available to assist clients with any aspect of their move, from assigning service dates, paperwork, and/or other preparation, through the actual move process, possible storage, and delivery.

Select Van & Storage, Norco Moving & Storage, Inc., and EXCEL Moving Services are teamed together to form the largest Mayflower agency hauling fleet and national account service team. Our over 60 tractor/trailer units with several pack and load service teams provide our corporate accounts with the ability to self-haul over 90% of our bookings nationwide. This allows for premium quality and service date control, and customer satisfaction.
Protected Storage
MILITARY APPROVED; The industry highest rating is US Military Approved, and EXCEL has one of the few Bay Area facilities military approved., to reflect our commitment to quality of service
VAULTED storage
Standard vaults are 5x7x8, and items are completed wrapped and protected inside from scratches and other hazards. Additionally, individual vault cards are prepared to identify each item within a vault for possible emergency retrieval while in storage.
RACK Storage
EXCEL provides Over Stuffed Racks for items too large or bulky for vaults, such as large sofas, rugs, etc., that are better handled on racks with individual shelving – again individually wrapped and protected.
OVERSEAS/INTERNATIONAL
EXCEL provides a staff that is 100% AMSA RIM (Registered International Move) Certified – proven by testing expertise in sales, coordinating, and servicing overseas and international shipments.
MILITARY SERVICE
EXCEL has been since 2004 the prime DPM contractor for the military, handling local moving for all 5 service branches, including inbound & outbound unaccompanied baggage and household goods shipments.
Additional Services
A full menu of services is available to provide a complete relocation as needed. From computer/home system set-up, cleaning services, to even identity theft protection, an EXCEL move consultant is available to discuss and provide your special needs.
Container Storage
EXCEL is an agent for both PODS and SAMS container storage. Containers from these marketplace companies are available through EXCEL for competitive pricing.
